Individual corrections and detailed instructions help every participant to do the exercises relaxed and accurate to develop flexibility. Beginners will be introduced to the several postures with care and by adjusted light variations. Intermediate practitioners are instructed by different classical variations and to hold the postures longer.

Here are some guidelines to follow for our classes.
Arrive 5 to 10 minutes before the class starts. Please do not enter a class more than 5 minutes after it has begun.
Please let us know, before the class, if you have any injuries, serious health conditions, recent surgeries, high blood pressure, pregnancy, etc.
Do not eat for at least two hours before a class.
Please do not bring any food or drink into the class.

Born in Munich, Konstantin is a certified yoga instructor in the Sivananda Yoga Vedanta tradition and registered as an RYT-200 Yoga Instructor through the Yoga Alliance (the national education and support organization for yoga in the United States). He lived and taught yoga and meditation for 3 years in the ’’International Sivananda Yoga Vedanta ashrams and centers“ in India, Canada, Germany and Austria.
Practicing yoga for many years, he experienced the roots of indian yoga and ayurveda culture throughout many indian regions. Teaching theoratical and practical aspects of yoga in a well-balanced way, Konstantin attempts to promote profound physical, mental and spiritual development.
He has also assisted during several yoga teachers training courses in various yoga retreats and taught a number of courses for beginners and advanced students of all ages and abilities.
Currently, Konstantin is offering group and private classes at Natura Cabana and looks forward to welcome you to an upcoming class for your individual well being, according to your daily life.
